RESTORATIVE YOGA with Anj

Anjali will be offering a 1hr deep Restorative Yoga indulgence once a month on Sunday afternoons. Being a busy working mum of 2, Anjali understands the importance of creating some time and space to be able rest and restore the body and mind. Each posture is held for an extended period with your body being completely supported by yoga props (such as blocks, bolsters and blankets). Restorative yoga can leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rested, whilst bringing back a sense of ease in your body, mind and breath. Most importantly, this class will give you a chance to slow down and take some time away from the stresses of everyday life.
$25 Casual or use your Yoga Pass
