WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?

General:  A mixed-level open yoga class suited to those with some experience of yoga and would like to progress and deepen their yoga practice . This class leads you through a sequence of dynamic yoga postures with breath awareness to bring greater strength, balance and alignment to the body whilst creating more calmness and clarity in your mind. The morning general level classes on Monday, Friday and Saturday are great for new and 60+ students with a reasonable level of healthy movement and ability.

Intermediate with James Sierra: For students with substantial training who are strong in standing poses, inversions and intermediate variations. Experienced yoga practitioners only. If uncertain about the suitability of this class for you, please contact James prior to registering: 0409661673.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation: This is an accessible, light-hearted yoga class, suited to beginners and older students who want to move at a mindful pace while developing strength, balance and alignment in each pose. The first 60 minutes of this class explore physical postures as well as restorative poses. The later segment introduces you to the practice of meditation and yoga breathing to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. This class, facilitated by Michele Sierra, is suitable for everyone – even those who never thought they could do yoga or learn to meditate!

During all classes our instructors assess individuals and offer posture variations, modify poses with the use of props and suggest techniques to suit different levels of experience. If unsure of which class is suitable for you please contact us and we will happily offer our recommendations.
