Mindfulness Meditation Online-Retreat

Designed for those keen to mature a personal practice grounded in a Buddhist approach to meditation or for those wishing to reinvigorate and maintain longevity in their existing meditation practice. The fundamental insights of mindfulness and meditation will be explored to shift perspectives and realise aspirations for our involvement with the broader world.
This weekend retreat will cover: • an expansive perspective on the key foundations of mindfulness and philosophy • the benefits of regular mindfulness practice • exploration of guided meditations and embodied mindfulness practices, including yogic breathing, awareness through movement and how to develop an accessible personal practice at home and at work. The retreat includes lectures, discussion, practise and individual feedback from Michele.
What happens if I miss part of the retreat? Sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend one of the sessions.
This is a stand-alone weekend retreat open to everyone. No prior experience is required. This retreat is also Phase 1, and a prerequisite, for all those enrolled in the 6-month Meditation Teacher Training, Mindfulness & Contemplative Studies course. Learn more about the accredited training HERE

o There will be frequent options to turn off the video or sit back from the screen when meditating, practising or listening to talks.
o Frequent breaks will be scheduled throughout the day. As a result, you will not be glued to the screen for consecutive uninterrupted lengthy periods.
o You can situate yourself inside or outside in the environment, as long as you have a good connection to listen in.Description text goes here
