For those who would like to practice at a gentler mindful pace while learning the benefits of deep restorative poses to strengthen your respiratory and nervous systems for the winter months!
Beginner/Foundations in Yoga covers the correct alignment of basic yoga postures with the use of special yoga props for comfort and ease, specialised breathing techniques and deep guided relaxation.
If you are new to yoga, or a returning student wishing to refresh your practice and move at a gentle pace then this is the class for you. Each class will provide an opportunity in a safe, personalised, small-group environment for individuals to tune into their bodies and develop a greater understanding of how best to move, breathe and stay present.
BE AT EASE : Our yoga studio is equipped with a commercial hospital-grade air filter and meets all the safe distancing requirements to ensure your safety and wellbeing. We have undercover parking - making it an easy transition from work/home to your favourite yoga class., regardless of the weather!
Fee: $90 4 weeks.
What happens if you miss a class? Missed classes may be made up within the term or transferred over to another class in the same term.
