Elena's Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that stimulates the deep tissues, bones, joints and acupressure points in the body. In Yin Yoga practice, mostly passive poses held progressively to work deeply into connective tissues. The longer holds allow the body to open up naturally and gradually. Suitable for beginners and experienced students. Pricing is the same as current studio classes. You may use your yoga class-pass or attend on a casual basis. Registrations are essential.
