The practice of Yoga Nidra is more than 2500 years old, first mentioned in the the Upanisheds around 700 BCE. Approaches to teaching Yoga Nidra very according to different yogic traditions and systems. We will draw on several of these to learn and practise a series of body, breath and awareness techniques that effortlessly guide you into a state of complete ease and non-doing.

This course is offered in 3 phases and is entirely Online.
Each immersion can be taken alone or join the whole program for a deeper dive into Yoga Nidra meditation with an interest in certification.
This is not a pre-recorded course. Michele will guide each session live.
Recordings are available if you are unable to attend or if you are outside Australian time zone. You can still engage with Michele via chat or email.
An optional book study and practice group will link each phase together and cultivate a nourishing meditation community.
Participate one phase at time or complete all three progressively for deeper exploration of this subtle practise.*
