RESTORATIVE YOGA & MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Weekly classes on Wednesdays at 10.30am and Thursdays at 7pm
Suited to beginner students or returning students who are keen to deepen the essential foundations of their yoga and mindfulness practices. These classes are a great way to explore the most suitable yoga methods for your body and learn to refine your meditation practice with experienced teachers Michele Sierra and Anj Fisher. Thursdays from 7 - 8.30 pm with Anj Fisher
Learn:
o alignment of foundational and restorative yoga postures with the use of special yoga props for support and ease
o breathing techniques and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system
o introduction to mindfulness meditation and simple practices you can draw upon to settle the mind whether at home, at work or on the move!
Each class is taught in a small group environment enabling personalised support from your instructors.

You may purchase a 4 class discounted yoga pass to be used in any class at our studio or attend casually as you go.
