Yoga and Mental Health
Teacher Training Program
This Course is now Full!
What does it mean to be teaching yoga during this time of change & disruption? Anxiety is part of this moment and also part of the modern human condition. Emerging research points to the importance not of calm but resilience, the ability to feel our challenges and return to balance. As our world shifts, so may our teaching methods be required to adapt to the needs of your yoga community - particularly in the area of mental health and wellbeing.
You are invited to participate in an 18hr training (CPD) for Yoga Teachers (holding 200hrs+ certification) or registered Health Professionals. Deepen your knowledge and diversify your teaching with senior yoga practitioner and psychotherapist Michele Sierra (Cu.Psych. Reg Senior Yoga Practitioner YA)

PART 1: June 27 & 28 Part 2: July 18 & 19, 2020
