Foundations in Yoga covers the correct alignment of basic yoga postures with the use of special yoga props for comfort and ease, breathing technique) and guided relaxation.
If you are new to yoga, want to refresh your practice and move at a gentle pace then this is the course for you. Each class will provide an opportunity in a safe, personalised, small-group environment for individuals to tune into their bodies and develop a greater understanding of how best to move, breathe and stay present.
Registration is essential. Please book early to secure your place. Numbers are limited to ensure individualised instruction and the continuation of our commitment to your wellbeing by meeting covid safe-distancing procedures at the studio.

Returning 7.05 Thursday students or those already attend other classes at BHY studio, you will enjoy the benefit of beginning a new year by strengthening your foundation and further deepening your yoga practice. You may attend this class casually or with your usual yoga-passcard. Booking is still essential due to covid safe distancing regulations.
